Staging is on Friday 11th September, between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm and on Saturday 12th September between 8:00 am and 11:15 am.

Entries must be submitted by 11:00 am on Show Day

Judging will take place between 11:15 am and 1:30 pm 

The Show will open to the general public at 1:30 pm

The Presentation of awards will take place at 4:00 pm

The results of the raffle will be announced after the presentation of awards.

The Show closes at 4:15 pm and exhibits may be removed by competitors. Please note any exhibits not removed will be entered into the auction of produce.

The auction of produce will take place at 4:30 pm
